Job summary

Schneider Electric in Midrand is seeking a proactive Customer Service professional to support customers and the sales team with order processing, pre-sales and post-sales queries, stock information, and logistics. You will interact via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and drive customer satisfaction.

You will manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and work with SAP and MS Office tools to deliver accurate information and timely responses in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer requests from offer creation till after sales.
• Provide first level of customer support (phone, email, chat, ) & customer visits
• Provide Customer support related to: Commercial Support (Price & Availability, Product selection, Catalogue questions)
• Logistics: Order Entry / Management;
• Promote our Schneider digital tool related to the customer support & responsible to engage the customers to use it
• Lead Continues improvement action to bring efficiency on our daily operations & enhance customer experience
• Handling customer complains & close follow up with all stakeholders till complain closure.
