Agent Advisory is seeking a Client Success Manager who loves people and building lasting relationships. You will nurture clients with thoughtful, proactive support, ensuring they feel heard and confident in our services.

In this relationship-driven role, you will coordinate with internal teams, manage onboarding, and log client interactions in CRM systems while guiding clients through timelines and deliverables for YouTube-based programs.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of experience in a customer-facing role (Client Success, Customer Support, Account Management, or similar).
• Based in South Africa.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong interpersonal, professional, empathetic and solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
• Proactively manage client communications to drive satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
• Identify opportunities to add value by understanding client needs, challenges, and goals.
• Provide timely, professional support and escalate issues when necessary to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain accurate client records and communication logs using CRM tools.
• Support onboarding and ongoing client success initiatives as needed.
• Support clients participating in YouTube-based programs by answering questions and guiding timelines and deliverables.
