Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Sales, or Customer Relations.
• Proven experience in client relationship management or key account roles.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing commercial agreements.
• Experience presenting reports to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key clients across the country.
• Act as senior primary contact for client enquiries, concerns and escalations.
• Identify account growth, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Conduct regular client meetings, reviews and strategic planning sessions.
• Prepare and present detailed account performance reports and recommendations.
• Review, negotiate, and manage client contracts and commercial agreements.
• Travel frequently to client sites, including remote locations.
