Job summary

SiteCare is seeking a Client Services Specialist who owns client relationships and ensures clients feel supported, informed, and confident in our work.

You’ll coordinate work, lead client meetings, maintain accurate records in ClickUp, and proactively flag risks before they become issues. This role prioritizes ownership, clear communication, and turning conversations into concrete outcomes.

Qualifications

• Client success experience and strong ownership required.
• Familiarity with ClickUp and WordPress/Analytics a bonus.
• Able to learn clients, services, and workflows quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients.
• Understand each client’s goals, priorities, expectations, and sentiment.
• Bridge between clients and the internal team.
• Lead client meetings and drive decisions with clear owners and deadlines.
• Record commitments with owners and due dates.
• Maintain accurate client records in ClickUp.
• Proactively communicate progress, delays, risks, and changes.
• Identify at-risk clients and coordinate responses.
• Manage onboarding, rhythms, milestones, renewals, and cancellations.
• Coordinate smooth handovers when someone is out of office.
• Escalate issues with context and a recommended solution.
• Help improve systems and processes for a consistently excellent client experience.
