Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Client Support Executive to manage and enhance client relationships from our Mossel Bay, Western Cape office. You will serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive high-value support and tailored service delivery.

The role requires proactive communication, strong problem solving, and collaboration with internal teams to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth in a client-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a client support, account management, or relationship management role.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of client relationship management principles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, trust-based relationships.
• Proactively address client needs, concerns, and feedback to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Provide expert guidance and support on product features and service utilization.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and requests.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs and engagement.
