Hyremote LLC is seeking a client-facing professional to own a portfolio of client accounts in a fully remote role across South Africa. You will proactively manage concerns, coordinate with technical teams, and keep clients informed with clear updates and options.

The role rewards ownership, decisive communication, and the ability to drive issues to resolution from start to finish. The position offers remote work with flexible scheduling and regular salary payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or a similar high-touch client relationship role is required.
• Proven ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Ability to own client accounts and drive issues through resolution without constant follow-up.
• Strong communication, confidence, and ability to set clear expectations.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of client relationships and act as primary contact for unresolved concerns or service escalations.
• Respond to client concerns with confidence to ensure clients feel heard and addressed.
• Proactively check in with clients to identify concerns early and maintain trusted relationships.
• Coordinate with technical teams to assess urgency and move cases toward resolution.
• Follow issues through from initial concern to resolution and keep clients informed of options and next steps.
• Escalate appropriately and involve the right internal teams when needed.
• Manage multiple client accounts and follow-ups without missing important details.
• Communicate basic technical information clearly between clients and technicians.
