Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years in client relationship management or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of financial products and markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and planning tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Relevant financial certifications (e.g., NQF Level 4) are desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field preferred.
• Familiar with Klerksdorp local market is an advantage.
