Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients.
• Coordinate with sales, support, and technical teams to ensure seamless client transitions.
• Conduct welcome calls and introductory sessions with new clients.
• Guide clients through account setup, configuration, and initial usage of our client's platform/services.
• Provide initial training and resources to ensure clients can effectively utilize the services.
• Address client questions and concerns promptly during the onboarding period.
• Track onboarding progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and challenges in the onboarding process and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
