FNB Points of Presence in Cape Town is seeking a Branch External Sales and Service Advisor to provide compliant financial advice and assist walk-in and existing clients in a high-volume branch.

You will understand client needs, educate on banking platforms, manage leads and referrals, and contribute to branch sales targets while adhering to FAIS and TCF guidelines and FirstRand governance.

Qualificações

• Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration or related fields recognized by FAIS.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Provide compliant, professional financial advice to walk-in and existing clients in a high-volume branch.
• Educate customers on banking platforms aligned with their needs and manage leads, referrals, and follow-ups within agreed timelines.
