Job summary

FNB Points of Presence in Cape Town is seeking a Branch External Sales and Service Advisor to deliver compliant financial advice in a high-volume branch. You will build long-term client relationships, educate customers on banking platforms, and drive sales while adhering to FAIS and TCF principles.

Ideal candidates will have Grade 12, a FAIS-recognized Level 5 certificate, and 1–3 years in customer-facing financial services roles, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliant, professional financial advice in a high-volume branch environment.
• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Educate customers on banking platforms aligned with their needs.
• Manage leads, referrals, and client follow-ups within agreed turnaround times.
