Formación

• Minimum 12th grade (Grade 12) or equivalent NQF Level 4.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles within financial services.
• Solid knowledge of FAIS, TCF and customer-centric advice principles.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Deliver compliant, professional financial advice in a high-volume branch.
• Educate customers on the Banking platform aligned with their needs.
• Achieve individual and branch sales and service targets.
