Job summary

FNB Points of Presence: Branch External Sales and Service Advisor is tasked with delivering compliant, professional financial advice within a high-volume branch. You will walk in and new/existing clients to understand needs, offer tailored solutions, and manage relationships in line with FAIS, FICA, and TCF in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes client-centric service, ethical behavior, and achievement of sales and service targets while staying updated on product knowledge and branch

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
• Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration or related fields
• 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth
• Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer needs
• Educate customers on the correct Banking platform aligned with their needs
• Achieve individual and branch sales and service targets
• Maintain accurate and complete client records and documentation
