Job summary

FNB in Cape Town seeks a Branch External Sales and Service Advisor OBR to deliver tailored financial guidance in a high-volume branch. You will build client relationships, educate customers on banking platforms, and provide compliant advice in line with FAIS and TCF.

In this role you will manage leads, achieve sales targets, maintain records, and stay updated on product knowledge. A Grade 12 with FAIS awareness is required, with 1–3 years in customer-facing financial services.

Qualifications

• Must have Grade 12 / NQF4.
• 1–3 years in a customer-facing environment, preferably financial services.
• FAIS and TCF awareness and adherence to policy.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Provide compliant, professional financial advice to walk-in and existing clients.
• Educate customers on banking platforms aligned with their needs.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
