FNB Points of Presence in Johannesburg seeks a Branch External Sales and Service Advisor to deliver compliant, professional financial advice and build relationships with both new and existing clients in a high-volume branch.

The role requires FAIS awareness, strong sales capability, and a client-centric approach, with a focus on servicing and growing customer relationships within FirstRand Group policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12/NQF Level 4.
• Preferred qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service or related fields recognized by FAIS.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Provide a positive customer experience by addressing transactional needs and expectations.
• Educate customers on the Banking platform aligned with their needs.
• Manage leads, referrals, and client follow-ups within agreed timelines.
• Achieve individual and branch sales and service targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with FAIS, TCF and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
