FNB in Johannesburg seeks a Branch External Sales and Service Advisor to deliver compliant, professional financial advice in a high-volume branch. You will build client relationships, educate customers on banking solutions, and manage leads and referrals to meet sales and service targets.

The role requires FAIS/TCA awareness, Grade 12, and 1–3 years in customer-facing financial services. The position offers a dynamic environment and growth opportunities within the FirstRand Group.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Admin, Customer Service, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer transactional needs and expectations.
• Educate customers on the correct Banking platform aligned with their needs.
• Connect with our customers by living up to our brand promise of “how can we help you?”
• Analyse customer data and provide appropriate financial advice and solutions aligned to client financial goals and in accordance with FAIS requirements.
• Maintain accurate and complete client records and documentation.
