Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related FAIS.
• Preferred: Regulatory Examination (RE Level 5).
• 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing environments within financial services.
• Strong FAIS, TCF, and client-centric advice principles.
• Proven ability to meet sales, service, and compliance targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliant, professional financial advice in a high-volume branch.
• Understand client financial needs and offer appropriate product solutions.
• Ensure ongoing client relationship management in line with FAIS, FICA and TCF principles.
• Capture leads and contribute to sales reporting and targets.
