Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years’ experience in a branch banking or client-facing sales environment.
• Proven sales track record with ability to identify client needs and promote solutions.
• Strong understanding of banking products, account opening processes and customer acceptance requirements.
• Experience in regulated environments with adherence to risk, compliance, KYC, POPIA and FAIS.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients across branch and related banking channels to understand needs and provide banking solutions.
• Identify sales opportunities through conversations, promote relevant products and drive branch growth.
• Open, amend, transfer and close client accounts in line with procedures, risk controls and FAIS.
• Educate clients on digital functionality and banking processes, rights and obligations.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to a high-performing branch environment.
