• Proven sales record with cross-selling and upselling banking products.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and develop sales strategies.
• Handle demand from Personal, Prestige and Private Banking clients for banking matters.
• Open accounts, provide statements, and manage debit order information in a one-and-done manner.
• Ensure FAIS-compliant client interactions and regulatory adherence.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build client satisfaction.
