Job summary

TWK Agri in Ermelo, Mpumalanga, is recruiting a Claims Handler within our Financial Services division. You will manage insurance claims from initial notification through to final settlement, ensuring accurate assessment, timely resolution and high-quality client service in line with company policies.

The role requires at least 3 years of short-term insurance experience, Matric/Grade 12, and strong Excel skills.

• RE5 certificate (advantageous)
• Computer literate
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Deadline driven, good organising and planning skills
