Job summary

Qualifications

• RE5 certificate is advantageous.
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Advanced skills in Excel are required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Deadline-driven with good organising and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• General administrative duties.
• Prepare, issue, and send out insurance claims; arrange payments.
• Regularly capture information on internal systems; update claims.
• Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and databases.
• Prepare claim reports.
