Job summary

The role requires building client portfolios, supporting financial administration, and delivering excellent client service while staying informed on industry trends and products, especially within agricultural communities.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 or higher is required.
• A relevant degree or qualification is preferred.
• Agricultural exposure or diploma/degree is advantageous.
• RE5 certificate is required.
• Class of Business and Product training completed.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and grow a portfolio of clients.
• Conduct needs analyses and recommend insurance solutions.
• Present policy features, benefits and pricing clearly.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

• Engage with stakeholders on partnerships and sponsorships to build new business.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Deliver excellent client service and foster long-term relationships
• Stay current with industry developments, trends, and products
• Interact with clients in agricultural communities where relevant
• Interact with stakeholders regarding partnerships and sponsorships to build strong community involvement and generate new business
• Be actively involved in sponsorship events

• Proven sales experience within the insurance industry (advantageous)

• Valid driver's license (Code 8)
