You will be the primary contact for claimants, guiding them through the process with clarity and empathy. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of motor claims experience, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive approach

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate motor insurance claims, including interviewing claimants, witnesses, and assessing damage to vehicles.

Requirements

• A relevant qualification in Insurance, Law, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Claims Adjuster, with a specific focus on motor vehicle claims.
• Strong understanding of motor vehicle mechanics, repair processes, and accident reconstruction principles.
• Knowledge of insurance legislation and policy wordings relevant to motor insurance in South Africa.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in claims management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a demanding workload.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for claim investigations within the Tembisa region.
