Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in chemical process engineering with optimization focus.
- Proficiency in Aspen HYSYS, UniSim and Minitab for analysis.
Responsibilities
- Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and implement optimization strategies using statistical analysis and modeling.
- Design and execute experiments to validate improvements and gather scale-up data.
- Troubleshoot complex process issues and propose sustainable fixes.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance and R&D to ensure seamless deployment.
- Monitor and report KPIs related to process efficiency and output.
