Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
3–5 years in process engineering with optimization focus.
Strong analytical skills and data analysis proficiency.
Experience with process control and thermodynamics.

Responsibilities

Analyze process data to identify efficiency improvements, yield enhancement, and cost reductions.
Develop and implement process modifications with minimal production disruption.
Troubleshoot operational issues, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with plant personnel, maintenance, and management for optimal performance.
Participate in safety reviews and ensure regulatory compliance.
Contribute to design and commissioning of new equipment and process upgrades.
