Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in chemical plant operations or process engineering.
• Solid understanding of chemical processes, equipment and safety principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis and using tools like Excel or specialized software.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model balancing on-site and remote tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to plant operations, diagnosing and resolving process-related issues.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures and best practices.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production upsets and equipment failures.
• Support process safety management (PSM) activities and ensure safety compliance.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to plan and execute plant improvements.
