Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or closely related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in process development, scale-up, or pilot plant operations.
• Familiarity with chemical reaction engineering principles and process modeling.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory and pilot plant equipment operation and data acquisition.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments to develop and optimize new chemical processes at laboratory and pilot scales.
• Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and prepare comprehensive reports on process feasibility and performance.
• Scale-up processes from bench to pilot plant and potentially to commercial scale, addressing technical challenges.
• Collaborate with R&D chemists and engineers to define process requirements and ensure smooth technology transfer.
• Operate and maintain pilot plant equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing chemical processes for enhanced yield, purity, and cost-effectiveness.
