You will develop local market growth plans, coach a high performing team, manage risk and regulatory requirements, build strong client relationships, and partner with stakeholders to achieve sustainable results.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced diploma in Business, Commerce, Finance or equivalent NQF Level 7 or higher.
• FAIS-compliant with regulatory requirements.
• RE5 qualification where applicable.
• Proven leadership experience in financial services, sales, banking or related industry.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Strong understanding of risk, compliance and governance principles.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
