Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas in Banking, Business or Finance.
• FAIS-compliant with regulatory requirements.
• RE5 qualification (where applicable).
• Proven leadership experience within financial services, sales or banking.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Strong understanding of risk, compliance and governance principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
