Absa seeks an experienced Channel Manager: Sales and Service to lead a customer-facing sales and service operation. You will drive business growth, ensure an exceptional customer experience and uphold governance standards.

You will develop future leaders, champion digital initiatives, and align the bank's transformation agenda with strong risk management in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Advanced Diploma in Business, Commerce, Finance or equivalent.
• FAIS-compliant with relevant regulatory requirements.
• RE5 qualification (where applicable).
• Proven leadership experience within financial services, sales, banking, insurance or related industry.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Strong understanding of risk, compliance and governance principles.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
