Absa Group is seeking an experienced Channel Manager: Sales and Service to lead a customer-facing sales and service operation in a key market. You will drive growth, deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensure governance, and foster leadership development while advancing the bank’s transformation agenda.

The role focuses on leading teams, achieving sales and service targets, and maintaining strong client relationships in a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees or advanced diplomas in Business, Commerce, Finance or equivalent (NQF 7+).
• FAIS-compliant with relevant regulatory requirements.
• RE5 qualification (where applicable).
• Proven leadership experience within financial services, sales, banking or related industry.
• Proven track record in achieving sales and customer service targets.
• Strong risk, compliance and governance knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
