Absa Group seeks a Channel Manager: Sales and Service to lead a customer-facing sales and service operation across a strategic market. You will drive growth, deliver exceptional customer experience and governance while developing future leaders within your team.

You will manage operations, coach high-performing teams, ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with partners to expand market share and profitability in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business, Commerce, Finance or equivalent NQF Level 7+.
• FAIS-compliant with relevant regulatory requirements.
• RE5 qualification (where applicable).
• Proven leadership experience in financial services, sales, banking or related industry.
• Track record of achieving sales and customer service targets.
• Strong understanding of risk, compliance and governance principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
