Job summary

Absa Ins & Fin Advise(Pty) seeks an experienced Channel Manager: Sales and Service to lead a customer-facing sales and service operation across a strategic market. You will drive sustainable growth, ensure top-tier customer experience, and uphold governance and risk standards while developing future leaders.

You will oversee a high-performing team, shape local market growth strategies and foster strong client relationships in a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business, Commerce, Finance or equivalent NQF level 7 or higher.
• FAIS-compliant with relevant regulatory requirements.
• RE5 qualification (where applicable).
• Proven leadership experience within financial services, sales, banking, insurance or a related industry.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Strong understanding of risk, compliance and governance principles.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
