Placements24 is seeking a skilled Management Consultant with expertise in Change Management and Organisational Development to join our practice in East London, Eastern Cape. The role focuses on guiding clients through organizational changes, developing communication strategies, and implementing programs that drive adoption and engagement.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years in change management, organizational development, or management consulting.
• Experience leading and supporting organizational change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of change management frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter).

Mansioni

• Assess organizational readiness for change and identify barriers.
• Develop and execute change Management strategies and plans.
• Design and deliver communication and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for change initiatives.
• Conduct impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support development of new organizational structures and roles.
• Measure effectiveness of change interventions and provide recommendations.
• Coach client leadership through change processes.
• Collaborate with project teams to embed change in delivery.
