• Ensure production operations comply with Service Level Agreements.
• Identify and manage production risks and bottlenecks.
• Lead and manage production teams to ensure high performance.
• Compile and manage new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Provide statistical reporting weekly and monthly.
