Medipost Holdings seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the CCMDD warehouse operations, ensuring orders are received and stored per SOPs, and that stock is checked for damages, counterfeit and expiry dates. The role involves prioritizing back orders, coordinating cross-docking, and maintaining housekeeping and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in a pharmaceutical wholesaler, SAPC registration, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years’ experience within a pharmaceutical wholesaler.
• Basic pharmaceutical product knowledge
• Supervising groups of people
• Intermediate MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
• Needs to be registered with SAPC

Responsabilidades

• Ensure daily functions comply with CCMDD’s SOPs, Good Warehousing and Distribution Practices, OHS Act and QMS.
• Supervising staff.
• Placing and following up of orders.
• Analyzing operational constraints and proposing system enhancements.
• Maintain housekeeping and report stock damages or discrepancies.
• Handover cross-docking stock to put-away department and ensure timely put-away.
