Placements24 is seeking a motivated Catering Team Lead to guide service teams during events in Upington. The role focuses on on-the-ground leadership, ensuring high service standards and client satisfaction across the Northern Cape.

You will train and mentor staff, troubleshoot on-site issues, maintain health and safety standards, and work with management to improve event performance and staff development. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or team lead role within catering or hospitality.
