Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Catering Supervisor to oversee event service execution in Welkom. You will supervise catering staff during events, ensuring impeccable service delivery, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company standards, in a hybrid model balancing on-site supervision with remote administrative tasks.

You will work closely with the catering manager to plan logistics, manage on-site operations, train staff, and resolve guest inquiries, while maintaining inventory and safety

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in catering or hospitality is essential.
• Strong understanding of event service standards, food and beverage handling, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
• Proficiency in managing teams and ensuring high levels of service performance.
• Commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences with a positive attitude.
