Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in catering/hospitality/events.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of catering services and event planning.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve catering revenue targets in the Nelspruit region.
• Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, prospecting, and industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, planners, and venue managers.
• Create customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs and event specifications.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring profitability while meeting client expectations.
• Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
