Placements24 is seeking a driven Corporate Catering Sales Executive to expand our corporate client base in Vereeniging, Gauteng. This hybrid role combines field client meetings with in-office strategic planning to grow revenue and tailor catering proposals.

You will identify opportunities, build relationships with corporate clients and event planners, present customized solutions, negotiate contracts, and work with operations and culinary teams to ensure flawless events.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales or business development, ideally within the catering or hospitality industry.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the corporate events market and catering services.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector for catering services.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and decision-makers.
• Understand client needs and preferences to create customized catering proposals and solutions.
• Conduct presentations and site visits to showcase our catering capabilities and offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure new business while ensuring profitability.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
• Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM software.
• Gather client feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
