Placements24 is seeking a results-driven Catering Sales Executive to grow our Durban catering division. This hybrid role balances field client meetings with remote admin, focusing on securing new opportunities and delivering tailored proposals.

You will negotiate contracts, build lasting relationships, and collaborate with operations to ensure flawless event execution. A strong sales background in hospitality is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven track record in sales, ideally catering/hospitality/events.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiar with CRM software; valid driver's license and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and existing relationships in Durban.
• Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
