Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales, business development or account management experience in catering/events.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of catering/event planning process and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and market research.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and event planners.
• Create customized catering proposals and presentations for clients.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to win contracts.
• Collaborate with operations and culinary teams for seamless delivery and satisfaction.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure profitability and competitive positioning.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
• Track sales performance and provide reports to senior management.
