Qualifications

• Proven experience as Catering Manager or similar senior catering role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation, and HACCP.
• Excellent leadership and customer-focused communication.
• Proficiency in menu costing, budget management and inventory control.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for food and exceptional event execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day catering operations, including event planning and client consultations.
• Supervise, train, and schedule staff, adhering to service standards and hygiene.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, and cost control for budget adherence.
• Develop innovative menus tailored to client needs and trends.
