Qualifications

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays based on event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise catering staff during events to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with event setup, including table settings and buffet layout.
• Manage food and beverage service with professional presentation.
• Address guest inquiries promptly during events.
• Conduct pre-service briefings and assign team roles.
• Monitor inventory of service items and report needs.
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed.
• Participate in post-event debriefings and provide feedback.
