Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all operational aspects of catering services, including setup, service, and breakdown.
• Supervise and schedule catering staff, ensuring coverage and performance standards are met.
• Oversee inventory management for food, beverages, and equipment, minimizing waste and optimizing procurement.
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations in catering operations.
• Act as a liaison between clients, kitchen staff, and service teams to ensure clear communication and seamless execution.
• Develop and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.
