You will assist in stock control, vendor coordination, and equipment preparation while maintaining records and supporting the catering team. Flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative or operational support role, preferably in hospitality or catering.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including spreadsheets and word processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing catering inventory, including stocktaking, ordering supplies, and receiving deliveries.
