You will be the central point of contact for clients, vendors, and operations teams, coordinating schedules, resources, and logistics to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating events, hospitality, or similar administrative roles is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming catering inquiries, prepare quotes, and confirm bookings with accurate event details.

• Liaise with clients to confirm details, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction throughout the event process.
