Placements24 is seeking a Catering Coordinator to join our team in Centurion. You will oversee planning and execution of catering services for events, acting as a liaison between clients, culinary teams, and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or catering coordination.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to multitask.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of catering orders, from initial client inquiry to final service delivery.
• Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and dietary restrictions.
• Schedule and manage catering staff, ensuring adequate coverage for all events.
• Oversee inventory management for food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring timely procurement.
• Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning and preparation logistics.
