Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Casino Host in managing day-to-day operations.
• Greet and welcome guests, providing information about the casino and services.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating special events and promotions.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and appearance of the casino floor.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and timely.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests to enhance experience.
• Assist in tracking guest activity and reporting to management.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in training and supervising other casino staff as needed.
