Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
• Assist with the preparation and serving of breakfast, if required
• Ensure all guest requests and complaints are addressed and resolved promptly
• Assist with monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of supplies and amenities
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
• Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
• Uphold the company's standards of excellent customer service at all times
