Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is a must.
• Own transport is a must.
• Strong communication and administration skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and overtime when required.
• Comfortable handling and driving vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Handling vehicle bookings, enquiries and customer follow-ups.
• Assisting with professional vehicle handovers.
• Completing check-out, check-in and rental documentation.
• Explaining vehicle features and rental requirements to customers.
• Ensuring vehicles are clean, spotless and presented to a high standard.
• Assisting with off-site deliveries and collections when required.
• Supporting the wider rental team during busy or quiet periods.
